Why Nick?

I give a high degree of service to relatively few people.

I am detail oriented.

I pre-qualify people that I work with and study my market on a day by day basis. My world is relatively small and I know it well.

I have been a commercial broker for 28 years.

My maximum worth to clients is when there is a problem.

After over 300 transactions I can predict where the problem will be and what possible solution should we use to solve it possibly BEFORE it happens. In other words most people can handle a transaction when it goes smoothly , but you want a broker that can handle it when the waters get rough or know when there are stormy seas ahead.

I have a well respected network of colleagues.

After the last 15 years in Denver I have a refined list of lenders, inspectors, contractors, title people, appraisers and anybody else that would be instrumental in getting the deal done.

I treat each deal as if I were the principle in the transaction.

I do not employ a ‘junior brokers”.

I am 100% responsible for the success or failure of any particular assignment.

I am serious about my profession.

It is the only one I have held since college and have a post graduate degree in commercial real estate and finance (CCIM). I have also sat on the board of various commercial real estate organizations here and in south Florida. My name appears in the Colorado Real Estate Journal throughout the year.

I provide face to face service.

I am not an internet broker. Most of my documents are hand delivered and I always attend showings. I don’t even own a lockbox.

I am equally comfortable with the “old guard” and the new generation of buyers.

I understand the nuances and differences of each group and cater equally to each.
